2 Day Horse Massage Courses

Helen will be facilitating her very popular 2-day Horse Massage Self Development Courses again this year.  to arrange a clinic near you.

News

Helen will be releasing some exciting new DVDs this year outlining her approach to training your horse for soundness drawing from her many years of experience.  One of the biggest training issues is straigtness, We need to have a special approach to this issue very early in a horse's career or we must go back and target this specific subject further down the track of education before true balance can be achieved under saddle.  Hours and hours of forceful, incorrect work or carriage will not produce the movement without intervention.  Open your mind to see the results.  Contact for an appointment (please include your contact details).

Horse Massage Therapy and Training for Soundness

Helen Klowss is a qualified Horse Massage Therapist who has also trained in Remedial Massage, Kahuna Massage, Reiki, Shiatsu, Body Talk & Animal Talk, Bio Scan and many other modalities - see the profile page. She has been a leader in the field of horse massage therapy for many years. With a lifetime of experience in the equine industries she has worked with horses in many aspects including dressage, showing, racing, stud work, foaling down, yearling preparation, advertising, massaging horses and people in Australia and overseas.

Helen worked for the master trainer Bart Cummings for many years and developed her keen eye to the soundness of horses by her exposure to many champions of the turf.  Helen also has been committed to Classical Dressage from as far back as the 1970's when she moved to Germany to train with Egon von Neindorff who was one of the masters of Classical Dressage of his time. He is referred to in many of the dressage books of today for his correctness and lightness in training.

Since developing her system of horse massage Helen has been using and teaching her techniques for over sixteen years.  Helen has successfully treated many winning horses from Group I Racehorses to Grand Prix Dressage Horses competing in Australia and overseas.  Top eventers and western horses have also had successful recovery programs with Helen.
